SRS Stats is a unique charting program allowing users to graph the property transfer trends in the five eastern towns of Long Island; it is available to all Suffolk Research Service, Inc. transfer data subscribers.

AgentFact is a proprietary software product that helps real estate offices manage agents and listor codes; it is available for all Appraise@ customers.

Color Street Maps are available through our Appraise@ software.

Tax Maps are are available through Appraise@ as well as the Xfer Data Browser.

OMS software products operate under Windows ’95, ’98, 2000, Windows NT, Windows ME, and Windows XP operating systems. Appraise@, written in the Microsoft Visual Basic programming language, uses Access database files and stores, displays, and prints Color Photographs, street maps and tax maps.
