George R. Simpson (OMS chief
software developer & CEO) started the company in 1996 & now has

equipped training facility located in Southampton, NY. After five
years of business & multiple product improvements and enhancements,

Appraise@ software is developed
by George R. Simpson, CEO of Office Management Systems Corp. George
holds many US and foreign patents in computer technology. He is
the inventor of the first Display Text Editor and Word Processor,
the predecessor of the PC. He is an engineering graduate of Cornell
University and has been designing computer software and hardware
since 1960.
