Appraise@, will track transfer date from either RTS or Suffolk Research. When transfer data is loaded into the system, Sales and Land listings which match the taxmap numbers on the transfer data are converted from Active or Inactive to Archive - automatically.

Appraise@ has over fifteen different reports which can be printed. The print style is very modern and attractive. If there are color pictures on a property, they print out in beautiful color.

Appraise@ and your email system is personalized using the OMS Agents program. Any agent in your system can go to any workstation in the system and have is Appraise@ printouts, personal websites, and email personalized by a click of the mouse.

A program can be installed into every computer which allows the updates its database on demand – new listings and edits to listings -- just takes a few seconds to be up-to-date with the remote keyboarding function..

Once a day, all computers in the network (offices and agent homes) are totally updated from the master database copy. Including Listings, Transfer Data, and Pictures.
