If that doesn't work, turn off the printer power switch and turn it
back on again.

"SET AS DEFAULT" and unchecking "USE PRINTER OFFLINE"
On computer where printer is not printing: Go to 'Start', 'Settings',
'Printers'.
Left-Click the icon for the printer that's not working.
Then, right click over the printer and make sure that the only thing
checked is "Set as Default", shown below.
If "Set as Default" is not checked, left click on "set as Default",
and that will check it.
If 'Use Printer Offline' is checked, uncheck it using the left mouse
button.

4.
CLEARING PRINT QUEUE
At the bottom right corner of your screen, left-double-click
on the picture of a printer.
You should get a box showing print jobs are waiting to be printed, shown
below.

You want to delete these jobs.
To Delete the jobs, left-click 'Printer' on the Menu bar above the list
of jobs.
Then left click on 'Purge Print Documents'.
Purging the print documents may take a few minutes.
If this doesn't work, you may have to reboot the computer.
